The P30 is targeted at consumers who want a smaller device without sacrificing the image quality found in the Pro model. While things like wireless charging and IP68 water and dust resistance were stripped from the smaller model, many customers may be willing to part with them in order to save some money and gain a headphone jack.
Alongside the phone, you will get a 40W fast charging brick that allows this device to charge up quickly, and you get a basic clear case. Huawei swaps the USB-C headphones packed with the P30 Pro for a pair of 3.5mm wired headphones, thanks to the presence of a standard headphone jack on the P30.
Talking about the design the Huawei P30 feels really premium in hand. The phone with its glass-backed design and beautiful colorways looks quite amazing. It comes with a waterdrop notch that gives the phone a bigger screen to body ratio. On the bottom of the phone, you’ll find a single speaker grille for audio and a 3.5mm headphone jack for wired listening. Many smartphones nowadays don`t have a headphone jack so if you are an earphone person this phone is perfect for you as stated earlier.

Displayed on the top are pictures taken by me with the Huawei P30 in the event held by Huawei India.
The camera is the best part of the device as the Leica Triple Camera System accommodates your photography to help see the world in its entirety. This super camera system with a 40 MP Super Sensing Camera, a 16 MP Ultra Wide Angle Lens, and an 8 MP telephoto lens, gives you the freedom to capture the treasure and beauty of the world. The P30 also uses a specialized RYYB filter array for its sensor, capturing more detail than a standard RGB filter array. This results in some incredibly sharp images, especially via the 40MP sensor, where the phone will bin (combine) pixels to produce a detailed 10MP image by default. Night photos taken by the P30 are just excellent, which is to say absolutely mind-blowing. The P30 series does better night shots in auto mode than most phones do in long-exposure, night mode shots. There is no other set of devices on the market right now that can top the low-light capabilities of the Huawei P30. The zoom capabilities and I’ll tell you upfront that they’re very good. Color and dynamic range remain similar across the three cameras, and sharpness is on point even though all the sensors have different resolutions. The standard 40MP camera definitely produces the best color and detail thanks to pixel binning, but the optical 3x telephoto lens produces equally sharp frames.
As a photographer, the Huawei P30 is one of the best cameras I have ever used they just work perfect in daylight and the 30X zoom is just the icing on the cake.
Connectivity options on the Huawei P30 include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v5.00, NFC, USB Type-C, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India) with active 4G on both SIM cards. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. The Huawei P30 supports face unlock.
The Huawei P30 measures 149.10 x 71.36 x 7.57mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 165.00 grams. It was launched in Amber Sunrise, Aurora, Breathing Crystal, Pearl White, and Black colors.
Summing it all up I quite enjoyed my time with the Huawei P30 and is definitely a phone that is worth your money and the image quality is stellar, the headphone jack is a nice addition, and the build quality is top-notch. Lastly, the triple cameras are the best ever existing. The phone is expected to launch in the first week of December in India. Anyone looking for an upgrade in cameras, performance, battery life the Huawei P30 is the best phone you can get.
I would also thank Huawei India and Mr. Hengul and Mr. Elton for giving me this opportunity and be a part of Huawei India. I wish to create a lot of content with Huawei in the future.
